Olen päättänyt oppia tekemään hyvää rapeaa patonkia. Ensimmäinen resepti pääsi kokeiluun tänään. Resepti oli kovin monivaiheinen ja lopputulos ihan ok, mutta en ole täysin tyytyväinen. Aikaa tämän päiväisten patonkien valmistukseen meni noin 6-7 tuntia mukaan laskien taikinan lepoajat. Kunhan pääsen minua enemmän tyydyttävään lopputulokseen julkaisen reseptin.

I have decided to learn to make crispy baguettes and I tried them first time today. It took 6-7 hours to make this baguettes and I'm not so happy of the result. They came out ok, but not good enough. So I will need to continue with this project. I'll publish the perfect recipe here as soon as I'll find it.
