Leivoin kakun käyttäen tätä reseptiä. Taikinan vaivaamisen tein käsin, mutta muuten noudatin reseptin ohjeita täsmällisesti. Kakku kannattaa säilyttää jääkaapissa ja nauttia vasta seuraavana päivänä kun maut ovat tasaantuneet.

Sometimes I like to prepare thing which require a longer preparation process. Baking gives you a lot of possibilities for longer processes. Las week-end I tried baking a kranz cake. In the end it was not so difficult to prepare but it took some time. I had never tried this cake before, but it was just great. There is grated lemon zest in the dough which refreshes chocolate nut filling. This cake I will have to prepare again.
I baked this cake following a recipe from here. I didn't have a mixer but I used my hands to prepare the dough. You should store the cake in a fridge and serve it on the next day from preparation.
